Here's the deal...I'm Jas, a Deathcare worker and Doula here to assist folks with talking honestly about (and coming to terms with) the death, dying, and grief processes.
​
Living in a (mostly) death-averse culture, we cannot restore death and grief to their rightful places as integral and necessary parts of the human condition, until we bring these processes back into the community. We do not (for the most part) die in isolation, and we do not (or should not) grieve in isolation...we have always been meant to hold space for each other while we navigate the most difficult parts of our experience.
